While our production lines follow rigorous ISO-certified quality control standards, we have established this policy to ensure you feel protected and supported at every stage of your procurement journey.

1. The “Quality First” Guarantee

Because we specialize in wholesale manufacturing and OEM/ODM services, our return policy is centered on product integrity.

  • Defective Units: If you receive hardware with manufacturing defects (such as DOA units, leaking issues, or internal battery failure), we offer a direct replacement or credit.

  • Reporting Window: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any claims for discrepancies or visible defects must be submitted within 15 business days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • The products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The return must be accompanied by a Batch Number or Proof of Purchase to verify production timing.

Note on E-liquids & Consumables: Due to international health regulations and the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, used coils, or disposable vapes that have been unsealed, unless a systemic manufacturing defect is proven.

3. The Return Process

We’ve streamlined our process to minimize downtime for your business:

  1. Submit a Claim: Contact your dedicated account manager with a description of the issue.

  2. Evidence: For bulk defects, we require clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue. This helps our engineers identify the root cause in the production line.

  3. RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the shipping address for our returns warehouse.

4. Refunds and Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: These are typically processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Account Credit: Most of our long-term partners prefer an Account Credit, which can be applied instantly to your next production run or wholesale order.

5. Shipping & Logistics Costs

  • Manufacturer Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, mass defect), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For non-defective returns or order cancellations after the shipment has departed, the buyer is responsible for two-way shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.


Custom & OEM Orders

Please note that Customized (OEM) Orders—products featuring your specific branding, unique colors, or custom flavors—are non-refundable once production has commenced, as these items are manufactured exclusively for your brand. We provide pre-production samples for your “golden seal” approval to ensure the final bulk order meets your exact specifications.
